A hot mic picked up the unmistakable sound of giggles on Fox News as the network abruptly cut away from President Donald Trump while he stumbled over his words during a New Jersey re-election rally...Trump, reading off a TelePrompTer, appeared to badly mangle the word “criminal” before simply abandoning the sentence.

At least that one's actually in the Constitution. Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors, and or, word mangling. Okay, it may not have made the final cut, but it was definitely in the rough draft.

Looking at it, seems very similar to the 2008 Olmert plan which Abbas rejected.
 
Trump* is clearly experiencing some sort of serious medical condition, I dont know that he will make it to November.

I’m use to Trump mangling words, as of late, doing it more often, and then there’s that weird thing he does with his tongue, but the thing that amused me is Fox cutting away and someone giggling about it, someone at Fox laughing at Trump is priceless.
