It was a combination of things, people had been complaining about him for awhile. His interviews had grown horrific, according to Twitter, he always interrupted people, was only interested in his own opinions. It was just a matter of time.

No, because he (and I) are only targeting progressive white males. Theoretically, intersectionality is supposed to target all white males. The only way to escape is via the Bruce Jenner route.
