There has to be negligence first. Offering to keep the church open for those that CHOOSE to come doesn't fit.

No one said anything about an undue hazard. No one said anything about the location of the tree other than it was on the owner's property. You simply assume a lot of things in order to pretend to be smart when you're nothing more than a low IQ nigger.
