Japan & Spain used some Capitalist & some Socialist techniques to achieve record growth in the 20th century.

Japan fell apart in the Lost decade.

Spain was definitely more Socialist back then than now.

Automation will probably kill more jobs than Covid-19.

Arguably the most socialist US president of the 20th century FDR achieved the #1 economic growth period in 20th century American economic history.

As for the other contenders were Harding & LBJ who also implemented welfare programs.

Proves the Republican narrative as wrong.

Protecting the less fortunate for me is important.

Doesn't matter if its by eliminating abortion, saving our cultures, going against war, saving species & the environment or by social programs saving people from poverty.
