They can't get one, so they come here for work. While I don't condone committing a crime to enter the country illegally, the fact remains that many are crossing the border to find work. Remember, Mexico is suffering from having to live under brutal drug cartels, corrupt or non-existent police, and many corrupt in government. While we do have our corruption here, it is NOTHING like what they have in Mexico. This is why they are willing to cross, even illegally. They are fleeing conditions in Mexico for the dream of the United States.

Even a farm hand is a better job for them than what they get back home.
