My meaning was obviously was in per capita terms.

Because saying Swiss people are richer than Chinese could be taken as correct, or false.

In Per capita terms of course Swiss are richer.

In total wealth of course China is richer.

That's just but one example.

However, the most Black major city could also be NYC which has more Blacks than Detroit does population.

I noticed you just LEFT OUT where I bought up an example.

Oh my little douchebag, I have never claimed that Republicans are better on illegal immigrants than the democrat party. They are just as bad if not worse. People like Pierre Delecto and McShamnesty will talk a good game but are just as open borders as the democrat party.

Trump alone is trying to fix it, but even he isn't perfect. I would shut down ALL immigration for the next 10 years until we are at full employment. No guest workers. No H1B Visas. Nothing. For 10 years

Yes, NYC in per capita terms does.
In total terms it does not.

Because we tend to use Per Capita terms in America for more.
But, not always.
