Nurse faces off anti-lockdown protesters in Colorado

the dems need a stronger progressive presence. I think after this botched debacle, white americans will wake up and realize you cant compromise with the devil.

Moderate dems need to be a thing of the past (or vote republican), and not be able to hold the party back.

I agree. But let's bind together for the near term because an orange asteroid is destroying the planet. We can agree on that, right?

Lead by example!

So you're refusing to go help out at a short-staffed nursing home? Why's that? Not afraid of a little flu bug, are you?

You know nothing. Mind your own house. Go to big places and help but, stop despising all others who fill in the gaps with the generally over-looked
who don't get the press or notoriety. You're so miserable all the time. Preach to yourself about examples. You're no poster child for grieving or having joy
in the midst of pain...or for doing something kind in secret instead of broadcasting yourself.
Whatever you want to do, just do it and keep quiet about it.

I don't agree. Deliberately singling out states with (D) governors and tweeting in all caps "Liberate Michigan!" "Liberate Minnesota!" is inciting the morons to protest. How do you not see that?

People were going to protest anyway. They had already started it here in a state with a Republican Governor. But people here are kind of crazy. The further restrictions in Michigan are what Trump tweeted about, IMO.

Michiganders across the state are chafing over edicts that, among other things, make it illegal for residents to visit neighbors and require big-box stores to close sections "dedicated to carpeting, flooring, furniture, garden centers, plant nurseries, or paint." https://www.newsweek.com/2020/05/01...ancing-rules-may-save-lives-high-1498396.html

The Minnesota Governor had banned outdoor activities among other things. Again, IMO people were protesting whether Trump said or tweeted anything or not. After they did, Trump made it clear whose side he was on.

Some places are taking things too far.

Colorado

The man didn’t help himself any by being a jerk but the department/city still apologized to him.

So, in my opinion only (and you can take it with a grain of salt...most do) protests were going to happen. Trump making it clear whose side he’s on didn’t “instigate” them. And when papers and reporters state that he did, it’s either poor reporting or reporting to paint him in the worst political light. He does that well enough on his own.

This is such bull shty (borrowing a word from Roman Maroni)... And exactly why people hate the news media. They tried to pin that on him yesterday. Looks like they were successful with some folks.

I don't hate the news media. Look! If your manlove Donnie can't handle the questions- perhaps he should shut the fuck up and stop TWEETING stuff that comes back to haunt him.

You look it up, dumbfuck. I’m merely citing the stats from the sources that categorize them. Don’t like the numbers? Tough shit. Refute them, then.

You are the one reporting them. It's up to you to provide accurate numbers...confirmed or probable. The CDC and media just roll'm all into one big fat total...which means nothing.

You’re opinion is spot on.

People aren’t going to stay locked down indefinitely. They just aren’t. Or at least some number of them aren’t. The government doesn’t have the authority to keep people in their homes. They can arrest them all they want, but when it gets to SCOTUS the arrestee will win in a slam dunk.

In my opinion, these protests were inevitable and will only get more widespread as long as this continues. And I think some governors see the writing on the wall and are beginning to ease up on restrictions.

Triggered an outpouring of hypocrisy there, didn't I? Good, good. Let the hate and rage and fear flow.

BTW, when you're done, one of your butt-buddies is doing exactly what you're bellowing about here. That's who you need to be having your butthurt words with, not me.
