As for evolution and culling the herd, I fully support it. Obviously it's unethical to intentionally harm a person but it's fine to support them wanting to drive without seatbelts, not wear helmets on a motorcycle or take a thousand chances of catching a disease that can seriously harm or kill them or their family and friends. Seriously. By saving the stupid from themselves, we're dumbing ourselves down. Let them attrite themselves from species, hopefully before they replicate themselves.
