In pretty much any civilized nation anywhere the two genetic defectives involved in this shooting would be in jail awaiting trial. In a case strikingly similar to the Zimmerman case a young man jogging was confronted, shot and killed by these two Bubbas.

There’s even a cell phone recording of the killing. What has many outraged is why aren’t the McMichael father and son in jail waiting trial for murder. I would also like to know how the he’ll anyone could argue a stand your ground case or even self defense when it’s obvious that the six toed duo were the aggressors here?

Because based on my admittedly limited knowledge of the Arbery case, aside from the fact that the dead man was black and the shooter wasn't, I see NO SIMILARITY WHATSOEVER.

He was a former investigator for the court. Since he’s not a law enforcement officer at the time he has no legal right whatsoever to assault a civilian with a deadly weapon. Not to mention his son, who did the shooting, has not worked for law enforcement.

Also since they were the aggressors a self defense or stand your ground defense doesn’t hold water.
