Stop the tape at 0:23. Shooter's feet were still on the yellow lines when he fired and Arbery's feet weren't near them. As a matter of fact stop tape at 0:16. Shooter was standing to the left of the yellow lines and then he moved forward .

The decedent clearly moved up from the rear of the truck, moved up the passenger side of the truck and then turned left at the front end of the truck, moving right towards the armed individual who was at the left side front of the truck. This isn’t even disputable. Get your eyes checked.
