Ahmaud Arbery shooting

I feel like there is still some unanswered questions about what exactly occurred. Two things could be true in this story:

1) the guy wasn't just "out for a jog" as the media has portrayed; it's possible he was casing the construction site with plans to either rob it then or in the future

2) IF that was the case the two guys should have called the cops. IF that was true they still had NO right to chase him down, with weapons, and demand that Arbery speak to them.
Exactly. Since he took nothing...and I still haven’t heard that it was confirmed he was the intruder, then they had no right to make a citizens arrest.

The construction company says nothing has been taken at all. He committed the terrible crime of looking at how a neighborhood house was being built. He should have been shot on sight for such an unforgivable crime....Oh yeah, he was. Then he went back to jogging with such a thing weighing on his conscience.

I believe his attorney's confirmed it was him in the video. I mean technically that could be trespassing but it sure as hell isn't a felony or any sort of action that would allow those guys to chase him under the guise of a citizen's arrest.

I read the comments from the owner. He didn't say anything was stolen. He had talked to the police prior about people coming onto the site out of safety concerns. Makes sense, construction zones aren't safe and it's a liability issue for him. But the owner wants no part in backing what these two guys did.

The Feds are looking investigating this as a possible hate crime. If convicted of murder and a federal hate crime they’d be looking at more than just a lengthy prison sentence.

Can you blame him? LOL
