So Let Me Get This Straight

"I Alone Can Fix It": Breaking with two centuries of political tradition, Donald Trump didn't ask Americans to place their trust in each other or in God, but rather, in Trump.

If you're looking for a criminal administration; look no further than Trump.

Nah you're thinking of the Obama administration which engaged in two wars without even an AUMF, spied on US citizens and the main oppositions campaign, spied on reporters and arrested their sources, spied on members of Congress, targeted political dissidents with the IRS, ran guns to the Mexican cartels, and extrajudicially executed US citizens and their children.

This is what is known as a creative hatchet job.

Nope try unequivocal fact.

Facts are not unequivocal. It does not mean 'proof' or 'Universal Truth'. It does not mean 'data' either, whether that 'data' is real or imagined.
A fact is just an assumed predicate. If any one disagrees with that predicate, it ceases to be a fact, and becomes an argument.

We use them a bit like pronouns, to shorten our speech.

Now, as to your 'facts':

Obama administration which engaged in two wars without even an AUMF, spied on US citizens and the main oppositions campaign, spied on reporters and arrested their sources, spied on members of Congress, targeted political dissidents with the IRS, ran guns to the Mexican cartels, and extrajudicially executed US citizens and their children.

These are history. They are verifiable history recorded in many places. Now if someone disagrees with what was recorded, these are not facts anymore, they become arguments (along with disputing what was recorded and by who). Since many of these victims are alive today to testify of the abuse (and they have), and the witnesses of the death of others are still alive to testify (and they have), then it becomes a question of whether you believe the testimony.

Personally, I do.
