Congress has a Constitutionality mandated oversight roll but that in no way diminishes the fact that the President is the head of all regulatory bodies and that they operate under this command and his command alone, Congressional oversight grants zero directive authority to the legislature over the FCC, they take their directives from the POTUS who alone has the Constitutional authority and duty to faithfully execute the laws of the land.

There is no independent fourth branch of government, the President is the head of all regulatory bodies and they operate under this command and his command alone, they take their directives from the POTUS who alone has the Constitutional authority and duty to faithfully execute the laws of the land.

No I said that Meghan Murphy was banned for saying there are only two genders. That is the tweet that got her banned. That Crowder wasn't is proof positive for selective editorial censorship as they don't like going after big name prominent blue checks, same thing with Louis Farrakhan.

The President delegates authority to his appointees under his command but that does not mean the authority is not his.

Who is the head of the Executive branch? Which branch of the government are regulatory agencies a part of?
