George Floyd full autopsy report just released

So you want the police cleared of all charges then?

The charges currently levied are clearly inappropriate.
Knee jerk pr stunt in an attempt to quiet the locals.
Leave them and lose. Badly.
Time to take another whack at it. Might want to get a bettet AG to pick it up.

So, you believe the police involved should be cleared of any wrongdoing?

Did I say that?

My point is many people have jumped to two very spurious conclusions: one is, Floyd’s race was a factor in it.

Secondly, it’s a slam dunk murder charge and are in fact, demanding it, when the evidence probably isn’t going to allow one.

Then things may get ugly all over again.

The second Cluster F* of 2020.

He is infamous for his straw-men and lying.

In other words, you just said what you claimed you didn't say. You want the charges dropped. You claim the evidence doesn't support it.

Expressing an opinion on a political forum, Grajonka. Do you have one?

Yes, poor George died from having a fuckton of lethal drugs, anyone could have killed him. I mean holy fuck, morphine, fentanyl, crystal meth, 4-ANPP, which killed Tom Petty, coupled with serious heart disease. He was ticking time bomb.

It was a yes or no question. It appears your answer is yes.

Yes. The Police did him a favor. Good conclusion. (just curious, are you related to Earl?)

Well, according to the CDC it was a COVID death, so there’s that lol.

Earl lives in Georgia and is an ex-captain in the Air Force who spent several years in Spain. We are not related only fools like NotAllThere and The Welsh Windbag think otherwise.

I dunno. I'll have to ask the GF to ask her Dr.s if they do.

They probably will be all over it, needing an excuse for excessive force. Yes, sometimes force is needed to restrain a suspect. This was NOT one of those times.

I'd be willing to bet if this cop gets off, all hell will break loose. Cops need to police their own, maybe this is a wake-up call? We'll see...

Quite the dilemma for your ilk when you're put in the position of having to decide who you hate worse, cops or black people and which side to take.

Your poor little head must be spinning and pounding at the same time.

What would be appropriate. If you don't think the charges should be dropped, what SHOULD happen to the officers? Spell it out.
This perhaps

Criminally negligent manslaughter occurs where there is an omission to act when there is a duty to do so, or a failure to perform a duty owed, which leads to a death. The existence of the duty is essential because the law does not impose criminal liability for a failure to act unless a specific duty is owed to the victim. It is most common in the case of professionals who are grossly negligent in the course of their employment. An example is where a doctor fails to notice a patient's oxygen supply has disconnected and the patient dies (R v Adomako).[15] Another example could be leaving a child locked in a car on a hot day.[citation needed]

Is your opinion impacted by anything in the autopsy report? Does it matter?
