George Floyd full autopsy report just released

Probably NOT stepping on his neck would "ease the breathing issues".

It would, but that's not what the "cause" of death was shown to be. It contributed, but it's not what stopped his heart.
Everything together didn't help Floyd at all. There was no amount of hard force that cut off air via windpipe in neck (the breathing issue).
Mild pressure to neck arteries DID however possibly affect blood flow (oxygen to the brain).

Well, either way it would show Chauvin disregarding the distress of Floyd.
Chauvin's got some mental issues or something. I mean.....all this big power play over a counterfeit $20 bill.
But, I get what your saying. Maybe if he just caught a mass rapist/murderer...OK, I could see some extra tough guy laps being taken so to speak.
But a counterfeit bill? Something's off in his head.

Convicted of armed robbery, 6'6" and not a beanpole.
Of course you get serious.

Do they? OK...I'm spoiled by our neighborhood force, I guess;) I just took a quick look...something like 6% of the city officers account for all the force reports....

Example: State and local law enforcement agencies, representing 5% of agencies and 59% of officers, received a total of 26,556 citizen complaints about police use of force.
About a third of all force complaints in 2002 were not sustained (34%). Twenty-five percent were unfounded, 23% resulted in officers being exonerated, and 8% were sustained.

No one gives a shit about a bunch of Lawyer-babble. --->Police Brutality<--- is the ISSUE.
See the fucking boot on the guys throat ... it doesn't belong there. Period.
Are you good with living in a Police State? Yeah, me neither.

Remember the video? Floyd complained of breathing problems while he was standing, collapsed to the ground. Cops had to lift him up and were struggling to lift him into the car.

Cool.
So stepping on his throat was a medical procedure?

We all SEE the knee. We KNOW the brutality.
We're in the phase now of the case development for trial...lawyers and all that goes with it.
I'm not invested into the emotional angle here at this point. It is now about hard evidence,
autopsy results presented at the trial, witnesses, etc.
I'll include the words "in my opinion" (IMO) when I give it. If I forget to please call me on it
so I can apologize, OK? Fair enough? ;)
I'm trying to post thoughts based on the autopsy report because the upcoming court
proceedings will be dealing with THAT.....not my silly opinions. Understand better now?

You realize emotional hyperbole in court will get a reprimand from the judge, right lol?

I would think that with 4 cops, they somehow could have strapped those ankles together......might have helped the situation.

It would have, but it may not have been as simple as ‘ok, somebody grabs his legs’.

I wouldn’t want a large man’s foot landing on my jaw. Why didn’t they use the stun gun?

That's true, too. There were the other 3 cops sitting on his back and legs.

:) I think it's passed that stage. It's a 'political' trial now.

You realize a Not Guilty verdict will cause 50 Cities to burn. (smell the Molotov cocktail, Darth)

Why not go full Banana Republic, forgo the trial and hand him over to the mob.

You lefties are going to be the end of us.

And that is not hyperbole.
