A randU is the so-called psuedo random number. It comes out of someone's head, or out of an algorithm that comes from someones head.

Most every time you see someone embellishing their argument with made up numbers, or 'everyone', or 'no one', or 'very few', or 'most people', that is a random 'number' coming out of someones head.
