No. I think people see this as a case against 'Police Brutality'. After all the 'spinning and twirling', 'Police Brutality' will be convicted.
The 'Show Trial' is already a given. The real meat & potatoes is if we get 'Police Reform'.

So, then the trial is NOT political. You're all over the place. Very confusing. Take it
one day at a time. The trial is next at bat. Pols have promised police reform and
such for 50 years. And, there are still more whites killed by police than blacks so
somehow it will all come around again during and after the trial. Let's focus on the
current one and getting these particular cops dealt with first.

I've given you my opinion. You can amuse yourself dwelling over Law books and quoting Statutes.
Will there be real 'Police Reform', that's the Question.

There is no need for police reform. There is a real need for society reform and learning common sense.

Spot on. Society needs a change of heart to become a civilized society.
It's become progressively worse since the early 60's when God was essentially removed from schools
and other areas right down to families and individuals. Godless societies have not fared very well throughout history.
Self control and discipline have been frowned upon for a long time. And, it shows.

Have a Problem with Cops kicking in your door, terrorizing your Family, ... then when they find out they are in the wrong house, are shielded with Immunity.
