I guess we'll now get the chance to see if conservatives are willing to stand up for their convictions with a boycott of the NFL.

Considering the fact that football, given it's fundamental militaristic nature, the violence and brutality and of course the half naked bimbo cheerleaders jiggling their tits and asses on the sidelines, is a game that appeals primarily to conservative type males, if they were to stand by their supposedly patriotic convictions and refuse to attend the games, they could put an end to the kneeling in a matter of weeks.

Make their demand known... either every player is required to stand for the anthem or not be allowed to play and not get paid for that game.

If the NFL declines, stay home and let every team play to empty stadiums.

But of course we all know that conservatives' patriotism is all talk.

They are people who couldn't live without one sort of mindless entertainment or another.
 
Conservatives always talk big but when it comes to reality, they don't do squat -- like boycott the NFL.

As long as there is a Vegas and alike, there will be an NFL

And it never was about the flag, patriotism, disrespecting the military and all that talk radio rhetoric, rather, drawing attention to a real issue that undermines what the country supposedly stands for
