He didn't just take the officer's taser, he allegedly fired said taser at the officer. If this is true, deadly force was completely justified.
 
Atlanta police chief resigns, protests continue after shooting of Rayshard Brooks

Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms announced Saturday that police Chief Erika Shields is stepping down after an officer shot and killed a black man during an arrest attempt the night before.

Bottoms said Shields made the decision to resign her top post, which the mayor accepted. The city will launch a national search for her replacement.

He was running away and put his arm back and shot in their general direction. I never thought I would hear a righty say a taser is deadly force since they deny it when the police use it. You rightys have situational values. A taser is not dangerous when cops pump 3 or 4 in a grandmother, but deadly why even aimed in the direction of cops. Rightys are something to behold.

Police officers are allowed to use elevated force if the suspect fights with fists they can use tasers if they fight with tasers or clubs they can use deadly force. The suspect could have incapacitated the officer and taken his service weapon as he had already disarmed him of his taser that would seem likely.

If we are going to cashier leaders anytime anyone in the force does anything questionable then we will not have any leaders.

This is moronic if not the mob actively working to burn America down expecting that UTOPIA will spring up from the ashes.
