Again, since the cops have deemed that tazers are non-lethal and therefore can be used against civilians, there was no reason for the cop to shoot the fleeing perp in the back because he lifted a tazer in a scuffle and (blindly) discharged it from the rear. The cops life was NOT in danger.

That's the problem you guys just can't think critically. The taser can incapacitate the officer. Once incapacitated his sidearm is open for the taking. Faced with a violent criminal with unknown intent this is not acceptable. For the officer or the public.

The dead guy fucked up. The officer's should have choked him out from the beginning but you know the problem with that.

One thing I can tell you from experience.......a large violent man can hurt your or even kill you even unarmed and very quickly. One punch. One throw to a hard surface.

I was kicked in the head with headgear AND a blocking hand to prevent the kick from landing. The kick was so powerful that it pushed my blocking hand into my head and rocked me. Punches are just as bad. Throws same shit. You Mary's just don't understand how bad it can get.

The DA that charged the cop with murder just two weeks ago admitted that the taser was indeed a deadly weapon under state law. The DA still charged the cop which was indeed defending himself AND the public from a felon with a deadly weapon. THIS IS 100 PERCENT MOB JUSTICE!

The level of your ignorance is amazing. You say he blindly fired the taser as if blindly firing anything means the person being blindly shot at is in any less danger. You don't know the power of a large violent man yet comment ignorantly about dealing with them.
