Cops in Atlanta have walked off the job and or have been calling in sick after one of theirs was charged with murder for doing his job. Leaving parts of the city completely lawless. A massive gunfight broke out and an innocent women was hit.

I watched the video. I don't see many people armed. And the girl had the tourniquet ready quickly.

I do not know why they walked over there at night. Could be gang related. It's too common in crime ridden areas.

Yeah the difference this time is the COPS never came. NORMALLY when there is a shoot out, the police come and restore order. They also often do this thing called, make arrests of said shooters.

There were no cops in the area, that's the whole point of the OP. This is why roaming gangs in the streets were allowed to take place. This is what happens when you get rid of law and order.
