Why do black people attack innocent people unprovoked?

Now, about that op: I think I definitely would have posted that story if the races were reversed for the simple fact that adults shouldn't be allowed to assault and batter minors - especially younger minors like that 12 year old kid.

For those who may have forgotten, this is called "The Knock-out Game." It started during Obama's administration who did nothing to attempt to prosecute these often hate crimes until a mentally challenged White guy in Houston copycatted the attacks shown on television. Then Holder's thoroughly racist "Civil Rights Division" under the leadership of the bigot Tom Perez (now head of the DNC) had this guy federally charged with a hate crime. Only case tried.
