Someone's acting like the M.A.G.A. bunches with their scapegoat prejudices. Uncalled for but whatever, you only see and want resolution based on a secular existence. Prayer does nothing to stop people from doing stupid and careless things. For all you know, this sickness is just a way to give mankind a needed boot in the butt because the way we are heading would be far worse than this. Be it nature or some God, you can't deny the facts. When things started stalling the planet quickly showed signs of improvement. Strap in because this mess so far may just be an appetizer.

The study makes a major error. It doesn't correct for ethnicity or other factors. Religion my play no role at all in whether you are more or less likely to die from COVID-19. The article states that researchers found that Muslims, Sikhs, and Hindus were more likely to succumb. In Britain, these religions are mostly or entirely from Pakistan and India with similar genetic background.
Here in Arizona, Native Americans and Hispanics are more likely to die than other ethnicities. Interestingly, they were also more susceptible to Spanish Influenza in 1918 suggesting that their genetic make up puts them at a disadvantage.
With COVID-19 men are more likely to die than women. Those with type A+ blood are more likely too.

I seriously doubt that religion plays any role in the mortality rate.
