So that is a guess classification. Even though we will never know for sure, I support that classification on the vague possibility it might be right. He will get that good government free healthcare.

There was a justice who went insane in the 1800's. He could not leave his bed for a few years.

You don't like the Constitution, then change it. There is a process. Right now, Ginsberg is doing her job fine, but there is a chance she will have problems in the future.

Interestingly enough, Roberts appears to have been unconscious last month, and kept it a secret from everyone. Yes, it was a slip and fall.

You really want to change the Constitution, and have some showing up qualification, go for it.

the five year survival rate for pancreatic cancer is 9% with top notch treatment.....that doesn't take into effect the fact that she's 87 and has had previous chemo treatments......they can probably keep her alive until November if they are lucky, but she will never make it through Trump's second term......
 
Tottenberg was just on TV and she talked to Ginzburg. She said she was feeling fine, eating well and up and about.

Everyone that has bet against her for the past 87 years has been wrong. The law of averages has to catch up eventually. But I don't wish death on her just an immediate and long retirement.

Yes, it is a reasonable assumption that Ginsburg will one day die. All the previous humans have died, and so she almost certainly will too. But she may well live for months or even years more.

No, it certainly is not Ginsburg who has soiled himself while drunk. I wonder which one of the Justices has a long history of drunkenly soiling himself. I like to think this is just a joke image of him... But at this point do any of us really know?
