McCloskey’s Gun Didn’t Work So A Prosecutor Ordered It Reassembled And Then Declared

>just passing by to the mayor's house
Did the mob express this notion? How could a reasonable person have known their intent if they didn't express it? Rioter break through a gate and you're supposed to assume they're not going to target you? Is it your responsibility to allow them to accost you before you can take preventative measures? This is troubling to me. Why do you people side with criminals who go around destroying property?

Someone opened the gate for the first demonstrators the night before. And everyone knew they were on the way to protest at the mayor's house.

It's troubling that you think I would side with criminals. They did not break down the gate. The video clearly shows that. The gate was damaged much later.

If they were, in fact, feeling threatened, all they had to do is to sit outside with weapons on their laps to send a message, "do not get on my property".

Try robbing a liquor store with your stick and tell me if the charges include armed robbery. Here, let me help educate you:

Missouri recognizes varying degrees of robbery. The “degree” refers to the amount of force or threat of force displayed in the robbery. For example, first-degree robbery is similar to aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. A common example of first-degree robbery is a holdup at a liquor store where the suspect has a gun.

An important note about the crime of robbery is that because threat of force is an element of the crime, a person can be charged with first-degree robbery even if the weapon used is fake. As long as the person being robbed believes that the perpetrator has a real, deadly weapon, that person can be charged with first-degree robbery. That means a person can be convicted of first-degree robbery even if the gun used during the crime turns out to only be a plastic toy.

Again, robbery is not the same as self defense
Can you answer the specific context instead of an example of a criminal intent

I watched a Law & Order episode about something like that once. McCoy called it something like "criminal mind". Doesn't matter if the gun is real or not, the threat is there. One example would be murdering someone sleeping in the bed but he was already dead from an heart attack or something. But that doesn't matter. The intent and the assumption is there.

What? Can you supply some evidence that the couple should have known they were just peaceful loving angels of joy?
Fucking incredible how crazy you people are

Uh. What were the demonstrations for?

Lefties CANNOT HELP siding with criminals, since lefties ARE criminals.

That's also my understanding. For her, it's a good thing she or her husband fucked up assembling the pistol (Bersa or Walther PPK .380?) since the way she's holding it, it could have gone off accidentally and she'd be facing a murder charge.

In that quote of what I said, tell me the part before the comma.

Yes I see it. "If" she is not authorized, that means it's illegal and should be arrested.

And "if" she is authorized, that means she knows how to assemble it and use it properly, which is the point.

It had the firing pin removed for a court case. Do you undertand if wasn't possible to fire the weapon? Why do you think you're smar enough to post your opinion on the internet?
>Oh, yeah, Dunning Kruger FTW
