Back in the hospital again. Bounced back into the hospital already. That can't be a good thing.

As I noted earlier, Ginsburg will do what she deems best, and retiring before seeing if Trump loses the election I guarantee is not one of her thoughts.

Bigger question becomes what does Mitch do? Say if she leaves the Court before the election, does Mitch suddenly forget the supposed “Biden rule” that he so adamantly argue back in 2015/2016 and move ahead with Senate proceedings before the election not knowing its outcome? If Trump loses the election, does he attempt to push threw another Justice before January?

If Ginsberg dies between now and election, Trump and The Turtle will do anything and everything to push through a nominee. They will do no different than Schumer would do in a similar position.

Whether you care or not is irrelevant, you are as predictable as night and day, but if such is the case it will only expose Mitch as a bigger hypocrite than most know he already is and will play right into the Democrats hands, just another step toward autocracy for the Dems to demagogue
