Truump has ben blowing Putin since inauguration day. He has not slowed down. In 8 calls with Putin, Trump did not mention the paying of soldiers to kill Americans. He does not dare upset the Czar. Trump is all talk. He gives Putin whatever he wants. When it became so obvious that it was hurting Trump politically, Putin allowed Trump to fake some sanctions and talk tough.
