These cops are not only not going to be prosecuted successfully, but they should be offered their jobs back - if they want them.

You can clearly hear him taking full breaths, and then exhaling them- shouting, then taking a breath in, shouting again, then exhaling- over and over- all the while complaining about how he ‘can’t breathe’

Especially watch from the 10 minute mark on- they suspected he was on pcp or some other drugs- and noted his eyes ‘shaking’, which is a sign of drugs- all the while he’s saying he can’t breathe, you can clearly hear him breathing- while Chauvin was restraining his head and back.

The cop holding the head down was not responsible for him not breathing because clearly he was still breathing and had been breathing right along - Something else killed George at this point- not the inability to breathe

Trying to charge them with murder is beyond absurd. There is no proof they had intent to kill him.

Autopsy showed he died from drugs to the heart, not asphyxiation.

At most Choven should be tried with negligent manslaughter. The rest I'm not sure. Maybe not intervening, but I don't know if that is even a crime.

His behavior was consistant with drug use and cops are not emts. They went by the book. The junkie killed himself.
