The fact remains, even if the comment was unConstitutional, then that means it can't be instituted....and I'm against mandates or banning anything.

Well Joe can shove his mask up his ass. I dont wear one outside no matter where I am. The chicken shits can give me a wide berth. I had covid already so I don't give a shit.
