Accepting Nomination From White House Lawn Violates Hatch Act

He did discharge a number of rounds indiscriminately towards the end of that video. That's illegal, as is a 17 year old carrying a firearm without an adult accompanying him. His shooting two people for attacking him (the guy that hit him with a skateboard then another that tried to hit him) are self-defense acts, particularly the skateboard attacker.

It is legal for a 17 year old to carry a long arm without adult supervision in Wisconsin. Yes, the shooting was in self defense.

Wrong, again. Scroll up, the law has been explained several times.

OP link:

"The Hatch Act of 1939, An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law. Its main provision prohibits civil service employees in the executive branch of the federal government,[3] except the president and vice president,[4] from engaging in some forms of political activity."

That means having Ivanka speak at an RNC event held at the White House is a violation of the Hatch Act.

Nobody elected Ivanka.

Ivanka is not violating the Hatch act. Anyone can speak at an RNC event held at the white house, including federal employees.

Why are there still riots and murders occurring in Portland after more than 80 days, whilst Kenosha was quelled after 3 days? The Dems are truly shooting themselves in the foot, it is Xmas come early for Trump!

Why are you blaming it all on Dems? I notice none of the cons here responded to my question asking what repub-controlled cities do that's different from what Dem-controlled cities do.

Take a look at this, Portland has plenty of history that goes beyond political affiliation.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Seyi Fasoranti, a chemist who moved to Oregon from the East Coast six months ago, has watched the Black Lives Matter protests in Portland with fascination. A sea of white faces in one of the whitest major American cities has cried out for racial justice every night for nearly two months.

“It’s something I joke about with my friends,” Mr. Fasoranti, who is Black, said over the din of protest chants this week. “There are more Black Lives Matter signs in Portland than Black people.”

Loud advocacy has been a hallmark of Portland life for decades, but unlike past protests over environmental policies or foreign wars, racism is a more complicated topic in Oregon, one that is intertwined with demographics and the state’s legacy of some of the most brutal anti-Black laws in the nation..."

Goodbye coldjoint,

I'm sorry. You just crossed the line when you began talking about me instead of the subject. That poisoned the discussion.

And it did not go unnoticed when you ignored my requests for civil discourse. I specifically asked you:

That was a question you never answered, but I got my answer now. I had to prod, and then you gave conditions. No. Being polite in a civil discussion does not come with conditions. Either the discussion is polite or it is not. It's simple. Discussion can be about the subject; or it can go personal. That's the line that must not be crossed. Starting up with personal attacks is not being polite. Discussing politics is one thing, but it is obvious when someone is losing the discussion and then they begin to slide into personal attacks. That's called 'Going low.' And, by the Michelle Obama Rule,' placing you on Ignore would be an example of 'Going high.'

Well, you've had your say now. And so have I. I'll not read another word you write, so it will be futile to go further.

This communication has ended.

Why don't you just fuck off and go to Democratic Underground, it's full of precious snowflakes like you!!

You have to ask yourself why one of the whitest cities in the US is doing so much protesting about brown people? To my mind, there is a far more sinister motive and this is obviously being organised from outside. The useless mayor should have been kicked out ages ago, what will be the final bill in lives and destroyed property?

If you look into this further you'll find there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than the current problems. Portland has a long history of racism. I started a thread on it and keep finding more and more info, and it has nothing to do with Dems, as RWs like to claim. The city was founded on racism.

"It’s the type of legal legacy, the type of nod-and-wink encouragement of white supremacy, that not only welcomed any number of Confederate families to relocate to the region in the aftermath of the Civil War, but that, toward the close of the 20[SUP]th[/SUP] century, saw neo-Nazi and skinhead groups begin to extend their tendrils through the area. Before “Portlandia,” there was “Skinhead City.”

In the mid-1980s, skinheads began marching through downtown, hauling bats, pipes and axes. Not long after, the city birthed Volksfront, a neo-Nazi contingent that eventually expanded internationally. In 1988, a trio of skinheads bashed Mulugeta Seraw, an Ethiopian student, to death; the three all received prison sentences, with one tabbed as a “prisoner of war” by other white supremacy groups."

All of them violent liiberals.
Portland was NOT founded on racism, nor was it founded in 1980.
