47% of Americans think Trump will refuse to concede if he loses election

Trump’s comments Wednesday generated enough confusion that the N.C. Board of Elections issued a statement saying that it is a Class 1 felony to intentionally vote twice. The board also noted that it is illegal to solicit someone to vote twice.

Soliciting and advocating are two different things. The first requires action and the second is pure speech. You can advocated killing all (name the group), sex with children, or anything else. The SC calls it "mere advocacy."

Did you favor drone strikes against those attacking federal buildings?

You mean the right-wing Boogaloo boys and "very fine people" inciting damage and violence, some of whom have already been arrested and charged for it?

Aren't they the same people who stormed the wildlife preserve?

Sure. They want a war. So give it to them from 30,000 feet.

You are a real law and order guy. If you want to do that to people who are only trespassing I can imagine how you would destroy those actually setting fires to federal buildings in Portland--you would have bodies everywhere.

At least you set the same standards for both groups---kill them all.

Flash, do you not like the fact that my message is consistent and supported by actual Grand Jury charges?

It's really, really, really looking like most -if not all- of the wanton destruction was from Conservatives.

You had the "Umbrella Man", you had the three Conservatives charged by a Grand Jury for inciting riots, you have cops defacing their own coffee cups and spitting in their own food to false-flag BLM and antifa, you got Conservatives going around shooting cops and getting their enablers on social media to blame BLM for it (like the guy in California who murdered those cops and then every single Conservative on JPP was blaming antifa for it), police caught on video damaging their own cars or setting up bricks.

Wondering why you think this is a bOtHsIdEs thing when your own two eyes read this news.

Conservatism is hostile to government, as the basis of the ideology. Conservatism and Conservatives are opposed to the institution of democratic government. Always have been, and always will be. Such hostility shouldn't be met with open arms or a phony-baloney bOtHsIdEs perspective.

Conservatives simply don't want to be a part of any country; they are the anarchists, they are the ones killing cops, they are the ones burning buildings, they are the ones destroying property, they are the ones literally gunning people down in the street.

Are you 100% positive that the people destroying those buildings are BLM and not right-wingers trying to frame BLM?

Remember, Conservatives have already been caught and charged with incitement.

Yes, it is incitement, which is against the law and not protected speech.

Completely untrue. It can only be "incitement" if people actually committed an illegal act as a result of a person's actions. If somebody votes twice it is silly to claim Trump "incited" them to do so.

That action has to be imminent and cannot occur at a later date.

I didn't say anything about BLM. I said if you wanted drones to attack and kill people trespassing on public land you would really want to destroy anybody attacking and setting fire to public buildings. It doesn't matter their political views, you would want them killed if you want equal justice for all.
