Yes, my argument was that people rioted in Republican controlled cities too. Not that they weren't arrested or whatever.
There is always crime in bigger cities, especially multiracial ones, no matter which party is in charge.

Crime has dropped dramatically in all big cities. Miami has a murder rate more than three times higher than NYC and one of the highest murder rate among big cities.
