We do have extradition treaties with some countries. Plenty we do not not though. And even the ones we do, well, money talks and all is good.
If he thought there would a serious chance of arrest and conviction, he would. Trump is for Trump, not Truth, Justice and the American way.
..but I doubt he'll spend anymore time in jail than Hillary. Sure, there could be charges and court hearings. He might have to spend a $100M just in legal fees, but he'll end his life sitting on a golden toilet Tweeting...unless banned from Twitter next year.
