I think you are confusing Joe Biden with Bernie Sanders, Bernis Sanders was the one promising Free College tuition, paying off college loans, and a single payer healthcare system.
But that is not what the Democrats wanted. They chose Joe Biden.
Obamacare is a healthcare Insurance- It was never free! I know, mine cost me several hundred dollars a month, when I signed up for it. I have medicare and have some addendum policies today to cover myself. Biden and many Republicans just want to fix Obama care, and let it compete on the free market with conventional healthcare insurance companies. Joe Biden is like you- He believes in the Free Market system.
Biden does not want to pay off college loans with government money. He just wants to get the interest rate down on college loans.
Joe Biden does not want Free College for anyone. He wants to encourage Local communities to adapt to Free Courses in Community Colleges as an extension to High School, and so they may offer more trade school classes where young adults can acquire trade certifications if they desire those. He is willing to use federal funds to help them convert to non-profit schools so they can take it from there and finance there own community educational needs. Biden is a give them a hand up- and not a hand out kind of thinker.
Biden is no different than you or I, as he knows nothing is free.
Trump had every chance to to fix the NHS, lower the rate of College loans, and work with Community colleges, but didn't even try to do anything about any of those concerns of most Americans. Trump even ended the DACA program of all things. He didn't even pass a new Immigration bill- BIDEN WILL!
