If all the votes cast on 3 Nov can't be counted until maybe weeks later, why should he accept as absolute those results? Not to mention, if parameters are met, either guy can get a recount(s). Hell, congress didn't certify the 2000 election until 6 January 2001, TWO WEEKS before the inauguration!! So if you're expecting Trump to pack up and leave before 20 Jan 2021, or before biden's 600 lawyers get through, you're probably gonna be disappointed.
