When I pointed out that Trump is against free speech, because he wants to make it illegal to burn the flag, Trumpcucks defended him by saying he doesn't have the power to do that. Sure, but that isn't my point. My point is that he WANTS to do this. He's a Fascist. Just because he doesn't have the power to do a Holocaust doesn't mean he's not a Fascist.

Making it illegal to burn the flag and exterminating millions of people are exactly the same thing you know.

And "exterminating millions of people" isn't exclusive to Fascists, either. Hitler and Stalin did a lot of killing between them when they carved up Poland. The only thing that ruined the Communist/National Socialist love-fest was Operation Barbarossa.

It's a misused term. Any authoritarian regime can be repressive and even murderous without being Fascist. Fascism is a particular historical political system. People who call others Fascists as a blanket insult are ignorant and/or intellectually lazy, IMO.

Fun fact: Benito Mussolini - who became an actual Fascist, was originally a socialist politician and a journalist at the Avanti! newspaper. In 1912, he became a member of the National Directorate of the Italian Socialist Party.
