That isn't suppressing the news That's criticism. Suppression is forcing them to publish only positive stories or arresting journalists and locking them away for a trial that never happens.

It's not saying things like that they're fake news. If that's the case I was suppressing the media long before we ever even heard of trump running for president.

I'm curious about why someone who never gives an opinion is so worried about other people providing links to justify their opinions. You rely on video and pictures a lot. Let's talk about why you do that.

I said wanting to suppress the media. The Constitution prevents that of course, but Trump has threatened to do it.

It's a first step to total dictatorship. Thank God for the Constitution.

Because banning the burning of the flag would only be step one. After that is normalized, the next thing would be banning criticism of the president, because it's "disrespectful" to America. That's how Fascism works. It happens in stages of normalizing things outside of the Overton Window. Trump already refers to criticism of himself as unpatriotic.
