If that was Trump's strategic goal, then he's as delusional as many think him to be. All he "won" was the applause of his base but Republicans and Independents alike disliked his actions resulting in a Biden edge.

Trump won't be at the next debate and maybe not the third one. I hope Pence does well at his debate. If Trump succumbs to COVID-19 and Pence becomes President, that would be best for the country.
