The worst offenders were Max Horkheimer, Theodore Adorno and Herbert Marcuse They used Critical Theory to launch a Cultural Marxist assault on America from the inside. They wanted to destroy American society, its capitalist economic system and its Western culture - to raze it to the ground. They knew that their tactics would take a long time to show results, but they eventually started to bite in the 1960s on college campuses. What you are describing above is an example of Cultural Marxism (aka political correctness) which is driven by the underlying philosophy of Critical Theory/ Critical Race Theory (in this case).
It works like this. The name of the game is, first and foremost (1) To destroy America because it is an imperialist, patriarchal, Western capitalist nation that was created by White (Anglo-Protestant) cunts.
(2) Whites (European) are the majority group.
(3) Blacks in America are a minority.
(4) The White majority has more power than the Black minority.
(5) Therefore the Whites are oppressors of the Blacks, who are the victims of oppression.
(6) It is virtuous to be a victim; a victims always holds the moral high-ground.
(7) It is ignoble and wrong to be an oppressor. The Whites are therefore evil and must grovel before the Blacks for forgiveness for their wretched sinfulness.
(8) Justice will only be served when the power imbalance between the Whites and Blacks is rectified.
(9) That will mean disempowering the Whites and empowering the Blacks, so they get to do shit like riot across the country, looting, setting fires, destroying property assaulting/terrorizing peaceful people, shooting the police, but the Democrat Governor/s wont send the police or the National Guard to stop them because that would be RACIST, man !
