oct 6 2020 Dr. James Meehan, MD followed by warning that mask wearing has “well-known risks that have been well-studied and they’re not being discussed in the risk analysis.

“I’m seeing patients that have facial rashes, fungal infections, bacterial infections. Reports coming from my colleagues, all over the world, are suggesting that the bacterial pneumonias are on the rise.

“Why might that be? Because untrained members of the public are wearing medical masks, repeatedly… in a non-sterile fashion… They’re becoming contaminated. They’re pulling them off of their car seat, off the rearview mirror, out of their pocket, from their countertop, and they’re reapplying a mask that should be worn fresh and sterile every single time.”

Dr. Meehan adds:

“New research is showing that cloth masks may be increasing the aerosolization of the SARS-COV-2 virus into the environment causing an increased transmission of the disease…”

In conclusion, Dr. Meehan states:

“In February and March we were told not to wear masks. What changed? The science didn’t change. The politics did. This is about compliance. It’s not about science… Our opposition is using low-level retrospective observational studies that should not be the basis for making a medical decision of this nature.”

I use the same mask for a month. I wouldn't use one at all but where i live you have to wear one in all the stores and govt buildings.

No, but they were them regularly. I have two dozen cloth masks that I treat like any other article of clothing in that I only wear them once, then I throw them into the washing machine with the rest of my laundry.

Is your claim doctors wore masks in grocery stores, restaurants, etc. prior to Covid on a regular basis? Doctors have worn them during surgery long before this. What that means is trying to use that to justify everyone wearing them now is meaningless.

I don't own a mask. Unlike you, I'm not willing to be controlled and fooled. Wear them and prove you have a easily controlled, weak mind.

I just don't understand the arrogance of someone who ignores a trained scientist on science. If you're a scientist who thinks a theory is wrong or incomplete, or that the data is misinterpreted, or that a better theory accounts for the data, then you would follow established protocol by submitting your paper to a journal for peer review.

It's not like scientists want global warming to be true. But the data is there and there is consensus within the international scientific community that global warming is real and that we're the primary cause.

I don't understand someone like you so willing to be controlled. Maybe those scientists you trusts can explain why people a small group that knows each other couldn't go to a restaurant together but a bunch of rioting coons could burn and loot in large crowds in close proximity. When they can explain how being close can increase the likelihood in one situation but not in others, let me know. Until then, wear your chain.

They want idiots like you to believe it's true and you've been fooled into believing it.

Consensus is the absence of leadership.

If you believe that we're the primary cause, since you emit CO2 every time you exhale, voluntarily stop breathing along with the millions of other idiots that believe like you and fully support the cause. Without that dedication, I can't accept what you claim.
