The low integrity of Donald Trump is being manifested these days in his most ardent followers by the attacks on the surviving son of Joe Biden. This forum is
a good example. We have thread after thread sliming Hunter Biden as if he was the candidate standing before the voters on November 3. It tells you at least two things: those directing attacks not at the candidate but at a member of his family have little regard for their own integrity, and Joe Biden has little to worry about if
this is the loud closing argument to be made against him.

Some Trumpers may respond that Trump's family has been attacked too. But only those members of the family that have put themselves front and center have received criticism from Trump's opponents. Hunter Biden has done nothing to present himself in that way. And the criticism of Don, Jr., etc has been more in way of scorn than charges of immoral conduct.

It's not at all surprising. Fascism is all about having power by any means. There's no room for decency for people like Trump and those who admire him.

There are two big differences. First, Trump is a politician, so his flaws matter to the public. Secondly, Trump is a truly horrible person.

Trump himself is pathetic. He may take the country down with him in some way but the guy is a sad case. Last night he responded to Obama's blistering speech by saying his inauguration crowd was bigger than Obama's inauguration crowd. Can't make this stuff up. Even if the crowd were bigger and not a quarter of the size of Obama's, for Trump to go there as in a pissing match is a window into his smallness.

I don't like Biden either, but there's no question that Trump is ten times worse. And I think we should talk about Biden's flaws because he's also running for president. However, I give no fucks about Hunter Biden or his issues.

Trump actually has been living off public money by utilizing tax loopholes to avoid his fair share of taxes.

And, no, I'm not talking about the recent story of avoiding income tax. I'm talking about decades of shell companies and loans taken out against life insurance and utilizing estate tax loopholes and a dozen other things you don't know about.
