No, personally, I think the SUV was gonna shoehorn himself in front of that truck and brake check him, which would have slowed that lane to a crawl very quickly, and been more dangerous than the status quo being maintained by that truck. We've all been in heavy traffic nuts to butts at highway speeds and it works pretty well until some idiot wants to break up the flow by doing something stupid.

Whatever it was and we don't know the relationship between the bus driver and the SUV driver, if there is any, and, as you have stated, it was a stupid thing for the truck driver to do this because he put others in worse danger.

BTW, rear ending that yuge bus with that wittle thing would be the equivalent of trying to wreck a yuge yacht with a row boat, or some thing you can think of. :laugh:

I know I'm carrying my 9mm to all future political events. These Trumpers are now using firearms to chase out candidates. The Biden campaign cancelled a few events in Texas for safety concerns due to these domestic terrorists. Trump and his people are openly fascist militants now.

No. The SUV was following the bus and they were already over halfway over the lane when the truck about 1 to 2 car spaces behind sped up close to the SUV,, endangering other drivers. The SUV had hazard lights on.

Watch both videos again.
 
If you watch the videos closely, you see the white car and the truck are about parallel to one and other when the white car drifts over into the truck's lane and they collide. White car's fault entirely. The vehicle failed to maintain its position in the lane it was in.

So long as they are following traffic laws they can drive along with the bus all they want. Free country. Now, if they are brake checking the bus or swerving to make it dodge or some other unsafe maneuver then they are libel for civil or criminal charges.
