I totally understand.

Having a few safety nets to protect the poor people is not socialism. Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security is not socialism, as they are basically safety nets. And everyone pays Social Security up until they retire! Every Free Government in the world has government provided safety nets.

Socialism is a type of government where everybody works in Government jobs and the government in return houses and feeds them. THAT IS NOT NOW, NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN, NOR WILL IT EVER BE THE WAY IT IS HERE IN AMERICA.

So these idiots that call Democrats socialists are simply that- IDIOTS!

Well, they're not really idiots because I don't believe they really believe the socialism argument. It's a marketing tool and they've been using it since Clinton in 1992 and it works, unfortunately. And since self-professed Socialist Bernie Sanders sprang on the scene in 2016 promising everybody everything for free, that just stoked the Socialism debate.

Republicans get their girly panties in a wad about words. Every time we have a discussion about Democracy, these idiots try to say, "WE ARE NOT A DEMOCRACY- WE ARE A REPUBLIC". Well no! What we are is a Democratic Republic!

They think we are strictly a REPUBLIC- because it sounds like REPUBLICAN. They do not want to hear the word Democracy- because it sounds too much like a Democrat.

They will play these word game with you all day long 7 days a week. They'll die repeating this SHIT- Probably rolling over and over in their graves repeating this shit for eternity.

But, the more they repeat this kind of shit- THE LESS RESPECT THEY HAVE FOR DEMOCRACY!
