Trump will likely take AK and NC, giving him 214 + 3 + 15 = 232.

Biden appears to be ready to take GA, PA and NV, giving him 264 + 16 + 20 + 6 = 306, and the title of president-elect.

Democrats would love to know that it's really over and that Trump has no chance of being reelected but the AP has not made that call yet.

Despite how the AP is handling this, and I cannot blame them for wanting to make absolutely sure in this very contentious election.

That tells me that when they do make a final call, we have every reason to believe it, and it will stick.

I think President-elect Biden will do a better job of showing concern for the opposing side. I don't expect any name-calling, false accusations, baseless claims.

I also expect Biden and McConnell to be able to work together in a way that has not been seen for a long time.

When Obama and McConnell were at impasse, it was often Biden who was sent to find the middle ground.

Biden might, the Democrat House not so much. Like every President, Biden can only sign the bills given to him. He doesn't write any.

At best he'll just rescind all or most of Trump's EO's.

American federal debt will absolutely SOAR.

We won't be able to raise taxes enough to balance, and there is not enough spending which can be cut to do it either.
