I will darling if you stop the fantasy of thinking that the Supreme Court is somehow going to change the outcome of any election- this one included.
The Supreme Court and including AMY- does not want to be burdened with elections. And Amy being the good person she is, would immediately recuse herself of any lawsuit with Donald Trump's name on it.
The worst thing this Justice would want, is even the slightest chance that anyone could say about her being a potted plant for Donald Trump.
Justice Alito has already gone out of his way to please Trump and allowing the keeping of Ballots separate according to dates posted after Nov. 3rd. That's OK, perhaps that will give everyone confidence as to whether these ballots made a difference in the outcome or not, at some point if someone really needs to know like Donald Trump and his supporters.
But, I think that is all they are going to get from the Supreme Court.
Joe Biden will be named the president today as soon as the AP WIRE announces him as the winner.
This election will be over.

Back in October the election offices in PA reported that close to 3 million voters requested mail-in ballots with only 700K requested by repubs. Also, the law said these ballots couldn't begin to be processed until the polls closed on election day. It's all on the up and up. Repubs are sore losers.

I guess you weren't paying attention. PA wasn't allowed to do anything with mail-in votes until after the polls closed on election day. They weren't even allowed to slit the envelopes... and that was because of the republican lawmakers.

Those were not "extra" ballots that were "produced." They were mailed in and waiting to be counted.
