No. It is a lie. It's all lies. Trump supporters were at all times allowed to observe the counting in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania segregated all ballots received after the 3rd (even though they are, as of now, completely legitimate). Democrats RETURNED, on or before election day 1.1 million MORE ballots than Republicans. Everything you say is a lie. Period. It's about time to call it what it is. It isn't misinformation.
