Trump doesn’t plan to concede if Biden is declared president-elect ...

Is this your very first election you've ever witnessed?

not me......I campaigned for McGovern when he ran against Nixon......it is, however, only the second election I have seen the demmycrats try to blatantly steal.......the first being the Bush/Gore election of 2000......

Oh I see, you're absorbed into the cult as well.

How did the democrats manage to steal the presidential election yet lose so many congressional and senate seats, you fucking genius?

court cases are proceeding.

Lol, no, cases are getting kicked out of court like a streaker holding a flask, dumbshit.

Thus far, the campaign has scored a few wins in court but none that will have an effect on the result of the state. A state court, and separately the U.S. Supreme Court, ruled that local officials must segregate some ballots in case deadlines that were extended by the secretary of state are found to be unconstitutional. It's unclear how many ballots that will be at this point, but experts are extremely skeptical it will be anywhere close to enough to overturn Biden's current 45,000-vote lead in the state

PA counts votes that arrive by mail up to 3 days after the election. Even if they only counted the votes arriving on election day, however, trump loses by 10s of thousands, and it's not close.

for those less aware of what is going on, the SC has not said that the votes will be allowed to be used to determine the election......only that there was not sufficient time to hear the issue before the election......they ordered that they be counted and sequestered and that in the event it became necessary they would address the issue of whether they would be allowed to stand at a later time......the underlying legal issue is whether the PA courts could alter what the PA legislature set down.......the case of Bush v Gore set the precedent that it could not......

Jesus Christ, how do you get this stupid?

Bush V. Gore is EXPRESSLY not a precedent.

‘consideration is limited to the presentcircumstances,’ - Bush v. Gore.

So you've never seen Democrats try and steal an election.

Thanks for admitting that, whore.

Bush v Gore set exact zero precedent, and explicitly stated so, whore.

no case has completed the appeals process yet and no one expected it wouldn't have to........obviously what "experts" expect might happen in a recount is meaningless if there are 50,000 sequestered votes that get thrown out.....guess what happens to Biden's 45,500 lead in that event......

They were already separated, dimwit.

Nothing changes, idiot.
