First, no, it's not a situation where 50k votes would be thrown out. Not even close. Worst case scenario, they throw out a couple thousand, 1/3rd of which will be Trump's.

Even if they did throw out 50k votes, 45k of those won't be Biden's, and trump will still lose. It's mathematically impossible for trump to win, barring a coup de tat by the SCOTUS to give the presidency to trump just because he wants it so bad.

Court challenges happen EVERY election, but this is apparently the first time any Trumpanzees ever noticed.

The sequester votes will be tossed out. They won’t.

I feel it is likely that if they throw out one illegal vote they will throw out them all........and no one has yet said how many illegal votes there are in sequestration........the 50,000 is just a number chosen for the sake of argument. Why won't PA tell us how many they have......

that when a state legislature which has the sole authority to to set the rules and guidelines for an election does so, neither the state's executive branch nor the state's judiciary have the authority to change those rules and guidelines unless what the legislature has done is unconstitutional........

Hillary is irrelevant. She was rejected in the last election, and holds no position of power or influence.

I think people are going to have to do better than that to justify Trump's increasingly damaging & cynical ploy, especially as time goes on.
