Yeah, a lot of Trump's ballots may be bogus.
Evidence?
Yeah, a lot of Trump's ballots may be bogus.
NY Times interviewed state election officials across America - including Republican officials - and none of them have any evidence of measurable fraud.
Hello Dutch Uncle,
True, but nothing has changed there. That's the way it has been done election after election and they have always been right. Nobody questioned it until Trump.
The transition normally begins before the elections are certified. It should be the same this time.
Illegal votes, duh.
That's what we've been axing for all along. Is this the first you've heard that?
Nowhere near as much of one as you, you inbred faggot obsessed inbred peckerwood faggot.
Hello domer76,
Which is why the AP called the State already.
Since 2000 every election was questioned and conventions broken. Trump is just the last in a long descending spiral into incivility.
Trump's tantrums aside, Biden can start interviewing candidates for posts. Since the pandemic would make most interviews done solely by Zoom or videochat, not having funds for travel has little impact.
The main cost is vetting, including background checks. Bide will want to hit the ground running on January 20th. Vetting key people takes time and money. I'm sure a lot of rich Democrats can float Biden an interest-free loan for a month.
Agreed, but in the long run, it doesn't matter. Biden will have over a month to be brought up to speed after December 14th.Hello Dutch Uncle,
The Democrats have plenty of money. The government has no money. The government has credit, which is what we have been running on.
Money is not the issue. Ordinarily the President-Elect would begin getting intelligence and be brought up to speed and kept informed about everything that's going on. (Finally somebody would actually be reading the daily briefs!) The incoming President needs to be completely up and running on hour one. Trump is hurting the country. He can still contest things, but he needs to allow the normal transition process to begin.

Besides, it gives him an excuse if anything bad happens in the first 100 days.
Lame Presidents always blame their predecessors and all of our recent line of Presidents have definitely been lame.
Over half of this is easily more about "convention", not the rule of law. Hopefully the next Congress will fix things like this instead of jerking each other off for pork.
Seriously. Trump will do the minimum but I think he'll bag everything after December 14th.Hello Dutch Uncle,
It was easily predictable that Trump would leave things a mess.
It would have been surprising if he was a gracious loser.
None of that makes it OK.
It only becomes OK if we the people don't say anything about it.
Seriously. Trump will do the minimum but I think he'll bag everything after December 14th.
He's exactly the type to take his football and go home when he loses.

Hello Dutch Uncle,
Agreed, but I don't know about him cashing it in by Dec 14th.
If you still think the Director of the FBI and the Attorney General are not only appointed by the President, but also report to the President, then you certainly didn't read and understand the article.
No evidence of any.
Keep repeating the DNC mantra.
I don't know how much vetting is necessary? McTurtle has already stated that he's not bringing Biden's cabinet picks for a vote.Since 2000 every election was questioned and conventions broken. Trump is just the last in a long descending spiral into incivility.

Who knows. I doubt even Trump knows from one moment to the next. He'll have his general instincts on losing such as taking his basketball, burn down the court and run for home. What he actually does remains to be seen.
OTOH, my money is that Trump does something fucking EPIC! Seriously. A true "What the fuck!?" moment of history. Obviously it has to be by 20JAN21, but several things change once the EC makes everything official on 14DEC20.
The $64 question is: What will it be? Even the President isn't King, no matter what he says. He has limited powers. Once all the state counts are complete, and every Republican knows Trump lost, the Republican Party will start backing away from him. The further they back away, the weaker Trump will be.
Any best guesses on when all state counts are complete and noted as so? The fraudulent vote thing was just BS for Trump supporters. All of the cases have folded. No matter since they are running out of false legal attacks.
My gut tells me Trump will do something around Thanksgiving or the first week of December. After that, it's done.

trump taught us that 'acting' secretaries work just fine.
