Trump’s Unprecedented First-term Accomplishments

ROFL.. Biden supporters are delusional -tax cut paid for themselves, the SPENDING caused the deficit

NAFTA 2 is not a failure, Phase 1 with China got de-railed by COVID.. what's Biden plan for China? not much

Take bribes and sell us and future Americans down the river to them.

Did you have a problem with the cages when Obama and Biden did it? They are the ones that built those cages.

You can thank state Governors for all the people who have died from Covid. Especially the blue states. They refused help from Trump.

The "complete destruction of the judicial system" is quite an overreach. Though the lawlessness allowed to happen in Democrat cities rioting and looting holds true. Down to that level.

Is this meant as a serious rejoinder, Sailor, or are you just screwing around?
Am I wildly overestimating you in assuming the latter?

I am serious Nifty. Those are all facts. I cannot say enough how much I dislike either party over the last couple of decades. But some of the far left misinformation just has to be corrected to truth.

Poopeye, you're just not smart enough to know what dis-information is.

Obama built the cages, but it's how they are used that's important. Blaming Obama for what Trump did with them is like suing gun manufacturers because some idiot used a gun in a drive-by shooting. Jus' sayin'. ;)

Agreed Governors, and Senators and Reps, bear their share of responsibility for FUBARing the COVID response. That said, so does President Donald J. Trump. History will have to apportion that blame once all the facts are known.

Agreed on overreach. Protests are fine, riots are not. It's a city problem, not my problem. It only becomes my concern when Democrats seek to impose "one-size-fits-all" solutions to all Americans for problems in their cities.

Funny how this isn't a problem for the Country Mouse who wants easy access to firearms and doesn't want to let a city like Chicago regulate guns how they see fit.

you could look it up, and hazard some answers.
But it's easier to just carp about it, CARP

Yes, I could but why?

What did I carp about, comrade dukkha/anatta? Care to inject a pro-Russian opinion into truth, justice and the American way?

Quote where I ever said that or admit you are just another lying lawyer, Jerome.

You claim to be a lawyer but you don't understand the Constitution. You claim to be a lawyer but don't understand State's Rights. Even if you disagree with State's Rights and seek to dissolve the States into one single, giant Democratic Utopia, if you are really a licensed lawyer, then you are certainly intelligent enough to understand it and discuss it honestly. Because you haven't, or can't, is why I am suspicious about your lawyer claims.

I agree except the Obama and Biden part. They did the exact same thing with them.

Some knobhead, probably Jack, asked what had Trump done implying not much. So I thought that I'd help the poor bugger out!

He is just another person on this board lying about being a lawyer. Except for one I know for sure is, the rest are just coffee delivery boys at best.

After reading several of his posts, I tend to agree. Either the coffee boy or an intern. Not a lawyer. Maybe he's one of those who took all the classes but has repeatedly failed the bar exam. Classes or not, anyone who doesn't pass the bar isn't a lawyer.

Even a lawyer who had his license pulled can still claim to be a lawyer, just not a practicing one. No way Jerome got that far.

Thanks for the correction. So Trump went a step further and never returned all kids to their rightful parents.

"The Obama administration did not separate families as a matter of policy, as the Trump administration did as part of its “zero tolerance” border policy in 2018, but separations occurred on a case-by-case basis for parents being prosecuted on more serious charges than illegally crossing the border or in cases when an adult was suspected of not being a child’s parent, according to CNN."

Obviously illegal immigration needs to be fixed, but I think all Americans are being bullshitted by the solutions from both sides. At the core of the problem is the same thing at the core of most American problems: the Almighty Dollar. The Worship of Money. Too much money is being made on this form of modern slavery in the United States that no one in Congress really wants to stop it.

Oh yes. Trump is not saint here. I think your last sentence is outstanding and right on point.

First, why would I ever give a fuck if you believe I'm a lawyer or not?

Second, my remark wasn't a restatement of law, it was an opinion regarding rights-versus-risk philosophy vis a vis the law. That you cannot discern the difference between someone (a) attempting to characterize the law and (b) someone making a philosophical, forensic rebuttal in response to a conservative complaining about one-size-fits-all national regulations suggests to me that you're not even an adult.

Are you actually a child operating this account, Dutch Uncle? Or are you just an adult suffering from a case of arrested development?

As for the "states rights" canard, that's precisely what the city of Chicago is exercising (local, home rule) when trying to limit deaths in their locality that are a result of gun trafficking. YOU'RE the one who supports a "national utopia" where unfettered gun use/ownership is the law of the land, regardless of conditions on the ground. What's good for Casper, WY is good for CHicago, in your fucked up, antifederalism view.

That's the point I'm making, and it's one you clearly missed.

If you want to get into the discussion of the Constitution, and the Supreme Court's complete disregard of 2nd Amendment precedent when they handed down their shameful (and incredibly narrow) 2A decisions in McDonald and Heller, we can do that. But you'll be clearly outmatched in that discussion, and you'll probably fire off a bunch of non-sequiturs and then quit the discussion like you did in the religion thread when it descended into your usual insults and "disbelief" about my profession.

You BARELY speak English, yet you're trying to determine who is and is not a lawyer.
